At Noii Home we strive for excellent customer service, but sometimes problems can occur. If you have a complaint, we encourage you to first contact us at hello@noiihome.com .

Since February 15, 2016, EU consumers also have the option to file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform, which can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to submit it via the European Union platform.
