How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At Noii HOME we process and ship your order with care.
– Netherlands: 2 to 7 working days
– Belgium: 3 to 7 working days
You will always receive an email with Track & Trace as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This is possible as long as the order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@noiihome.com .
My Track & Trace isn't working, what now?
Sometimes it takes a while for your Track & Trace to become active. Still no update after 48 hours? Please contact us.
Will my order be delivered all at once?
Some products are shipped directly from the supplier. Therefore, your order may arrive in multiple parts.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return a product?
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt. Email hello@noiihome.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Return costs are at your own expense.

Can I also return pre-loved products?
Yes, pre-loved items can also be returned, as long as they are in their original condition and are reported within 14 days.
What if my order is damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
When will I receive my money back?
Once we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the amount within five working days using the same payment method.
