Our pre-loved collection is shipped via MyParcel and PostNL. Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers, ensuring more efficient and sustainable delivery.

The exact delivery time depends on the product type and the carrier. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you in a timely manner.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to track your package.

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt , as long as it is in its original condition and – if possible – in its original packaging.

Send an email to hello@noiihome.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. You'll then receive return instructions.

You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs . Outward shipping costs will only be reimbursed if our error occurred.
