Each blanket is woven on a traditional wooden loom from locally sourced cotton and is lovingly handmade with a passion for detail by expert weavers.

A minimalist woven zigzag pattern and the long fringes give the blanket a pleasant lightness that makes it suitable for year-round use, both at home in winter and outside in summer. Material: cotton

For our products we use cotton from local farmers in Java. The cotton fields are fertilized naturally and the cotton balls are picked by hand. The cotton is then separated from the capsule in a ginning machine. The resulting cotton is pressed into bales, combed and spun into yarn by hand. After the yarn has been spun in this way, it is processed by hand by craftsmen on traditional wooden looms. Cotton is characterized by its absorbency and skin-friendliness. Our cotton is not chemically treated and is therefore not suitable for tumble drying. The products should be ironed at low temperatures.

This blanket is handmade in Java, Indonesia.
When selecting our local producers, we attach importance to fair wages and good working conditions. In the factories where we buy our goods, we only work with adult and experienced craftsmen. No harmful chemicals are used in the production process. Since all work steps are carried out by hand, the production process generates hardly any greenhouse gas emissions. We ensure all this through regular on-site visits and permanent personal contact with the companies.
